8. Cancellation Policy

As our products are personalized, orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Once the printing process has begun, we cannot accept cancellations. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to cancel an order.

9. Return and Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will reprint and replace the damaged item at no extra cost or provide a refund at our discretion.
